Right of Withdrawal

Consumers

For private customers, EMR Group AB complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
According to EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your goods, without the need to provide a specific reason.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please notify EMR Group AB within 14 days of receiving your order.
We kindly ask that you return the goods in their original packaging, or in equivalent secure packaging.
The product must be returned complete unless otherwise agreed with EMR Group AB.

Once the returned goods have been received at EMR Group’s warehouse, the product value — including the original shipping cost — will be refunded. However, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted.
If only part of the order is returned, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.

If the returned goods are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and function, the refund may be reduced or refused. In such cases, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and any cost for resending the item if they wish to have it returned.

EMR Group AB will process refunds within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds are always made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please always keep your delivery note or invoice until your return has been approved by EMR Group AB.

When returning goods to EMR Group AB, the customer is responsible for any damage that may occur during transport.

Failure to collect a parcel from a pickup point or refusing delivery does not constitute a valid return under the right of withdrawal.

Businesses

Business customers are subject to commercial sales law and therefore do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
However, if you wish to cancel or return an order, please
contact our customer service,
and we will assist you in the best possible way.

Claims and Complaints

If you discover that a delivered product is defective or incorrect in any way, please contact EMR Group AB as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
