General Terms and Conditions

When placing an order through EMR Group AB
(www.tyresealant.eu),
organization number 559473-6422, a purchase agreement is established between you and EMR Group AB.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
We reserve the right for any errors in product information, price adjustments, or stock discrepancies.

Payment

All orders must be paid in advance before shipment.
Payment can be made by credit card or direct bank transfer.
All transactions are processed securely and encrypted according to international standards.
EMR Group AB does not store any payment or card details.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–6 business days and shipped primarily via DHL.
A delivery confirmation with tracking details will be sent once the order leaves our warehouse.
Please inspect the goods upon delivery and report any visible damage directly to the transport company and to our customer service.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service before sending anything back.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, once the return has been received and approved.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Warranty and Support

All products are guaranteed to correspond to their description and intended use.

Workshop machinery and equipment come with a manufacturer’s warranty – details are stated on each product page.

Limitation of Liability

EMR Group AB is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control,
such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.

Disputes

We always aim to resolve any disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
Consumers who are not satisfied after contact with our customer service may submit their case to the
National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden.
For business customers, Swedish law applies, and disputes shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with Swedish legislation.
